GENERAL’S “THE ORIGINAL” CHARCOAL PENCILS
They are created from the highest quality willow charcoal (high carbon content) and fine organic blacks.
They are encased in smooth high quality cedar coatings and come pre-sharpened ready to use as soon as you get your hands on them.
With various grades of hardness available, these pencils are ideal for illustrations, sketching, shading large areas as well as fine detailing.
The vivid, smooth blacks allow for you to ensure that your colours pop on the paper.
GENERAL’SCARBON SKETCH PENCIL
General's Carbon Sketch fine art pencil has a unique formula which combines the smoothness of graphite with the deep rich blacks of charcoal. It lays down smooth, strong, jet-black lines for sketching, drawing, or layout. Perfect when used alone, it can also be combined with charcoal or graphite for a variety of effects.
It is a great accent stick to use either with Generals Charcoal or Kimberly Graphite pencils. You can run a damp brush over your pencil marks to dissolve the top layer creating a liquid you can move around the paper to create beautiful tonal changes within and around the existing pencil lines.
GENERAL'S LAYOUT PENCIL - EXTRA BLACK
Generals Layout Pencils are manufactured with extra smooth, extra black graphite. The pencils are ideal for creating preliminary sketches and layout drawings before painting over. They can also be utilized for adding intense blacks and shading in graphite drawings.
The pencils are great for art, sketching and layout work while remaining sharper for longer. The grade is equivalent to 6B.

CHARCOAL PENCIL
General's Primo Euro Blend Charcoal Pencils are hand made in small batches with rich organic blacks to ensure that they offer the most intense drawing tones and values.
The charcoal blend in these pencils is smoother, darker, creamier and softer than even "The Original" Charcoal Pencils.
They can be used alone or with other charcoal, pastel or mixed media. handcrafted with the highest quality cedar wood to ensure smooth sharpening.
Primo pencils can also be used for quick layouts in oil painting.
Available in HB - Hard, B - Medium, 3B - Soft.
GENERAL'S “THE ORIGINAL” WHITE CHARCOAL PENCIL
White Charcoal Pencil is excellent for final highlights and for drawing on dark or colored papers for dramatic results.
Additional uses: Apply patterns on dark painting surfaces, cloth or suede, as a transfer pencil.
Brushes off, or can be erased from papers or fabrics with a soft, white eraser.
You can even create a unique wash effect when used with a wet brush.
